Anna has worked on large-scale residential developments including Coopers Edge, Brockworth, a phased development for 1,900 dwellings on a former airfield in South Gloucestershire.

Project Experience

Anna prepared reserved matters planning applications, tender documentation and management plans for several public open spaces throughout the scheme. She organised site meetings with team members and arranged arborist condition surveys for Tree Preservation Orders and veteran trees.

Anna is involved with numerous projects with our long-term client, Bath Spa University at Newton Park Campus. This includes planning, tender and construction stage input for improvement works to the front of Main House (Grade I Listed). Most recently she contributed to a masterplan review, working with planning, heritage and transport consultants to test the capacity for further development on campus. The location of the Grade II* Registered Park and Garden within greenbelt on the outskirts of Bath, required consideration of the environmental constraints to identify opportunities for infilling. Anna attended regular design team meetings with the client and helped compile the final team report for submission to the University for further exploration.

Anna has experience in preparing Landscape and Visual Assessments for various developments including Albury Wellsite, Surrey; North Lodge Farm, Berkshire; and an initial feasibility study of solar PV installation at Newton Park Campus. She was involved in the A30 Honiton to Devonshire Inn road improvement scheme for Devon County Council, as part of the team to take the project through Stage One and Two of the Department for Transport’s (DfT) ‘Transport Appraisal Process’. Anna worked with colleagues using GLVIA 3 methodology to inform route option development, assess the scheme options and, post consultation, complete the DfT’s WebTAG ‘Transport Appraisal Process’ Landscape Appraisal Worksheet for the preferred scheme.
