Eleanor is a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute with a broad range of experience in public realm, institutional, private and heritage landscapes.
Eleanor has worked on a variety of landscape projects including involvement as Landscape Clerk of Works and as part of the design team for Roath Brook Flood Risk Management Scheme, Cardiff. Her involvement included assisting with the landscape design of the flood defence and associated park landscaping, including Grade II Listed Edwardian Parks Roath Mill and Waterloo Gardens, preparation of planning and tender drawings, detailed design features, Landscape / Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment.
Eleanor has been extensively involved with the design and preparation of feasibility, planning and construction documents for the landscape enhancements as part of the Tintagel Footbridge and Footpath Improvements scheme for English Heritage. The site is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Heritage Coast, Scheduled Monument, Special Area of Conservation and Site of Special Scientific Interest. Landscape enhancements within this challenging environment sought to cater for, and protect, the asset from increasing visitor pressures.
Eleanor has carried out Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments for a range of projects including large-scale developments at Silverthorne Lane, The Soapworks and TQEC in Bristol City Centre, as well as heritage sites, flood risk management schemes and residential developments.
