Our role in planning and designing Bridport’s Waste Management Centre, in the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) gained planning permission and has recently collected a number of awards, including from RIBA and RICS.
Our unusual ‘retrospective’ Environmental Statement for University of Oxford student accommodation at Castle Mill helped the City Council endorse a post construction mitigation project for the development.
Permissions were also granted in Bath’s World Heritage City for Bath Rugby’s interim stadium expansion and the Pinesgate office development, after our EIA work, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and Visually Verifiable Montages played crucial roles at planning committee.
Wildlife is also thriving in an emerging new residential area known as Coopers’ Edge, next to the Cotswolds and an SSSI, as a result of our ecological management, landscape design and EIA work.
