New Fire Station Consented

Planning permission has been granted for the replacement of Bath Fire Station, a key project that will enhance emergency service provision for the city and surrounding communities.

Our team at Nicholas Pearson Associates was pleased to work on this important scheme by preparing the Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment and Verified View Montages that accompanied the planning application. Our work was a key aspect of informing the design process and an important element in pre-application consultation with stakeholders. The TVIA and VVM process helped demonstrate how the proposals will integrate sensitively within Bath’s historic urban context while delivering modern facilities for Avon Fire & Rescue Service.
