The mixed use development at Fortescue Fields, Norton St Philip has won a Silver Award for ‘Best Brownfield Development’ and also a Silver Award for ‘The Best Exterior Design’ at the ‘What House?’ 2013 awards ceremony, which rewards “the very best achievements from Britain’s housebuilders”.
The development comprises a range of residential properties, a shop and office units on a sensitive edge of village location. We undertook landscape and visual assessment and prepared landscape design proposals for Lochailort Investments Ltd, as part of a successful planning consent, and we have continued to provide landscape design services to Bloor Homes through the construction phase.
