NPA Visuals prepared a range of verifiable visualisations to support the successful Eagle One Estates Ltd planning application for new student accommodation at Lower Bristol Road, Bath.
Working alongside architect Stride Treglown, we produced a series of high quality Verified Views of the approved 204 bed student accommodation proposal. A range of key viewpoints were used to demonstrate the visual effect of the proposals within the World Heritage Site setting of central Bath.
In addition, we prepared high quality CGI’s to highlight key architectural features. The variegated brickwork and material finishes were specifically designed to reflect local historic architectural detailing.
