We were appointed during the pre-planning application stage to set out the landscape and townscape constraints and opportunities, drawing upon the policy position associated with the Enterprise Zone and Bristol City Council’s emerging Urban Living Supplementary Planning Document. We identified key viewpoints, including panoramic views across the city, and prepared preliminary verified views to assist with the consultation process.
For the planning application we undertook the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and Accurate Visual Representations and supported the scheme through the planning determination period and the ultimate planning consent.
We have been appointed for a number of the development projects within the phased urban regeneration of land around Temple Meads in Bristol. Our knowledge of the Enterprise Zone Framework Plan and wider context of development in Bristol has been valued by a number of our clients.
