Our initial involvement supported the client team through the preparation of a riverside design strategy, with associated photomontages, to justify and integrate new built form alongside restored industrial buildings in the riverside context.
Our commission continued with the preparation of detailed paving and planting proposals for the courtyards, and the riverside walkway with elements of play equipment and café seating. We provided construction phase support and contributed to a Code for Sustainable Homes assessment.
The award winning regeneration project has created a popular range of homes, offices and shops and restaurants nestled within a series of friendly courtyards beside the River Avon.
