We acted as the landscape and environmental consultants working closely with the client consortium and the consultant team. The main project objective is the design of a high quality development and associated landscape informed by environmental considerations.

We were involved in the preparation of initial studies, outline planning application, ES, Neighbourhood framework plans, detailed landscape design for all the major access bypass and main street network. We also prepared the overall landscape and ecological strategy and Green infrastructure, provided input on the site wide surface water drainage system and the network of POS including play areas and the cycle and footpath network.

Within the scheme over 15 miles of hedgerow were retained along with over 500 TPO trees, a number of woodlands and also a grassland SSSI. We also prepared and administered a number of landscape construction contracts, some over £1 million.
