Flavio is a Licentiate Member of the Landscape Institute with over 4 years’ experience in spatial planning. He has a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Design which enhances his understanding of planning and landscape issues. He is adaptable, innovative and creative.
Flavio provides GIS support for Environmental Impact Assessments, ecological survey and assessment and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment. The latter includes the preparation of Zones of Theoretical Visibility (ZTVs).
Flavio provides support on a broad range of projects within the office.
His UK experience is mainly in the preparation of analysis and assessment graphics with a particular emphasis on Ecological Data, Landscape Designations and Characteristics. Selected projects include Tintagel Castle Footbridge and Footpath Improvements for English Heritage, the A30 Honiton to Devonshire Inn road improvement scheme for Devon County Council, Gainsborough Northern Neighbourhood urban expansion masterplan, Magna Park expansion, North Stevenage landscape masterplan for Miller Homes, analysis and masterplanning of land north east of Redbourne for the Lawes Agricultural Trust.
His involvement includes assisting with the landscape/ townscape design and preparation of drawings for multiple phases of planning submissions, such as concept plans, masterplans, sections, general arrangement, softworks, hardworks, detailed design features and landscape specifications. These projects include the Ensleigh South residential open spaces, Roath Brook flood defence scheme, Tyndall Avenue public realm project, Bristol.
