Pete Bennett

Landscape Architect

Following a previous career within design, graphics and publishing, Pete re-trained and is a graduate landscape architect following the successful completion of a Post Graduate Landscape Architecture course at the University of Gloucestershire in Cheltenham and has 2 years experience of working within landscape architecture and planning practices.

He has worked on a number of different projects including producing tree and vegetation CAD survey drawings together with Landscape Visual Impact Assessment surveys and their associated report production. At NPA, he is involved in a wide range of projects including education, residential and public realm schemes working within the landscape/design team to achieve the required positive results.

Pete is a licentiate member of the Landscape Institute and will enrol on the Institute’s Pathway to Chartership in the near future.

Tintagel Castle Footbridge and Footpaths – Consents

English Heritage’s landmark project to install a stunning new high-level footbridge and associated new footpaths at Tintagel Castle in Cornwall has been granted Planning Consent by Cornwall Council and has been granted Scheduled Monument Consent by Historic England. Nicholas Pearson Associates has played a key role in the project from pre-feasibility input to the design brief for the bridge, through concept and detail design phases and the successful consenting phase.
